NVQ Level 4 in Spectator Safety Managemene

NVQ Level 4 in Spectator Safety ManagementNATIONAL VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION LEVEL 4 IN SPECTATOR
SAFETY MANAGEMENT.

Watson Associates, who have been involved with Safety Management Training since 1992 have designed a new course, which will help you achieve the Level 4 Qualification In Spectator Safety Management.

This new venture replaces the old course which has now been running for twelve years. We felt it was time to review the whole process and take the course to a higher level. This new course is a result of that process, and is accredited by City and Guilds.

The fifth version of The Green Guide requires ALL Safety Managers/Officers and their deputies to be working towards achieving the Level 4 Qualification. It maps out the competency of Safety Managers against a National Standard. Completion of this new course is one step towards achieving the Level 4 Qualification.

Prior to the course you will need to have some knowledge of or access to a number of documents, and you will receive a pack which will contain question which need to be answered and a skills audit will be undertaken.

Learning Outcomes

  • To be able to complete an Operation Plan for the venue
  • To be able to accredit knowledge and understanding against an Nationally recognised Qualification
  • To comply with Green Guide requirements for qualified Safety Officers
  • To be in line with current legislation and best practice

Duration

This 4 day course is delivered in 2 day blocks with a project at the end of the course

All projects and assessments must be complete within 3 years of registration; part certification can be achieved if there is a time constraint.  All evidence must be current i.e. certificated within 18months of submission.
