The England and Wales Cricket Board
Sue Watson has been a crowd safety advisor to the ECB since 2003.
Security Coordinator for the Champions Trophy 2004.
All the International Ground Safety Officers for the Pakistan series and the Ashes of 2005 attended the Event and Safety Management course and then went on to achieve NVQ Level in Spectator Safety Management.
After the successful Ashes victory Sue Watson was Safety Officer for the celebration in Trafalgar Square for the ECB in 2005.
Watson Associates developed and ran a T20 specific training programme for Safety Officers
Since 2008 Watson Associates have been carrying out crowd safety audits for ECB at all Cat C grounds.
Watson Associates has trained all SFA Club Safety Officers.
Worked with Head of Security to achieve his NVQ level 4 in Spectator Safety Management.
Football Safety Officers Association
The FSOA was set up in 1992 to address the needs of the safety officers who, after the report by Lord Justice Taylor into the Hillsborough Stadium Disaster, felt there was a need for a combined effort within football to address matters of spectator/stadium safety and good safety managemnet practices. Since it was formed the Association has grown from 10 safety Officers to 300.
Rugby League Ground Safety Officers Association

Football Safety Officers Association (Scotland)
Watson Associates was appointed preferred supplier to the Football Safety Officers of Scotland in 2006, and has delivered training and assessment to all Safety Officers in the Scottish Premier League and the Scottish Football League.
Northern Safety at Sports Grounds Group
In 2006 Watson Associates was approached to develop and deliver a Training course for Safety Advisory Group Officers.
This course has now been accredited to 2 units of NVQ Level 4 Successfully tendered for the delivery of a bespoke training course for Safety Advisory Groups.
The course can be delivered in house or is available at venues around the UK.
Endorses the Safety Advisory Group Officer Training Programme and its Chair assists in delivery of the Programme.
